The 5 Best Names In World Football

5. Ruud Boffin - West Ham Reserve Goalkeeper who at 6ft 5 was one of the tallest player in the Premier League, yet to make his first team debut.

4. Danny Invincible - Currently a free agent, played at St Johnstone in the 2010/11 season before being released.

3. Danny Shittu - A Premier League centre half who defied his name and actually became a relatively decent footballer.

2.Mario Eggimann - Big Swiss defender played for his country against England in Fabio Capello's first game in charge, bet the commentator had fun saying his name for 90 minutes.

But by far, the winner for the best name in football at the moment has to go to....

1. Ricky Van Wolfswinkel - Striker for Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon, what an unbelievable surname. Would love to see him in the Premier League one day, according to reports he is quite a good young prospect as well. Congratulations Ricky, you have won the award for the best name in football!

He knew he was going to be #1
